Video Game Repairs Shipping and Packaging instructions for sending in a Video Console for repair.

We require your Video Console be shipped into us in the original Video Console shipping box with all of its internal Cushing materials. If you can not find the original Shipping box, then in a large enough box to give a 5 to 7 inch crush range around the top bottom and sides of your video console completely filled with a good packaging Material like foam Peanuts.

We do not require your Video Console Power Cables, Video Cables, Video Switch boxes, Controllers or Game CD software. If included with your Video Console without our specific request, they may not be returned with your completed Repair.

Please ship your packaged up Video Console to us for repair, Insured (Required) and with Delivery Confirmation recommended. In some very rare cases we have seen some Video Consoles damaged in shipping before we receive them.

All repaired Consoles we send out Mail order every month are Insured with Delivery Confirmation. In some rare cases we have seen Repaired Video consoles get damaged in shipping back to you. All it takes is very hard drop of the shipping box, to damage or throw out of proper alignment the Video Game CD player or damage /crack a Video Game motherboard or internal power supply. This is why we always 100% insure all repaired video consoles we ship out every month.
